New online booking service

Q-Flow is our new online video-enabled appointment booking service. It gives you the ability to plan and book an appointment when it is convenient for you to discuss your matters with us. 

We are commencing this service with our Customer Services and Housing Rent teams initially, but will introduce other teams and appointment options over the coming months.

Please note that bookings can only be made 24 hours or more in advance.

At the time of your appointment, you will receive email and text notifications. Make a note of the PIN, then click the link in your email or text. Enter the PIN into the box where it says Type your access token here. Ensure both 'sliders' for camera and microphone are blue, then click the Connect button.

When your video appointment starts, a browser window opens. A pop-up message then asks you to permit the use of your device's camera and microphone for the appointment. You must click Allow for the video appointment to work properly.
