Who we are: Great Yarmouth Borough Council (the Council), Town Hall, Hall Plain Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2QF, 01493 856100, is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
How we use your information: We will use your personal information for the purposes of administering additional restriction business grants and providing ongoing Coronavirus support. The lawful processing ground for this information is defined under Article 6(1)(e) of the UK GDPR i.e. the processing is necessary for the Council to perform a task in the public interest or for its official functions, and the task or function has a clear basis in law.
Data Sharing: The data you provide in this survey will be shared within Great Yarmouth Borough Council, The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (privacy notice) and other local authorities.
Retention: Your information will be kept strictly confidential and will be stored securely by the Council. We will hold your information for 6 years plus the current year after which time it will be securely deleted.
