Thrilling attractions lined up for this year's Visit Great Yarmouth Wheels Festival in aid of East Anglian Air Ambulance

A highlight on both days will be the Ken Fox Wall of Death, a motorbike show which will see a team of riders performing stunts as they circle a specially built wall - barely six inches from the audience. The noise, the speed, the smell - it's a show you'll remember for the rest of your life.

The team has appeared on TV several times, including starring in one of the BBC One promotion sections between programmes. The wall of death will be based in the middle of the seafront. Fees apply.

Another unmissable attraction is a wild ride in the Red Dragon Monster Truck. People can go for a thrilling spin in the only tubular-framed, race-specification ride truck in Europe - a 6.5-litre Chevy V8. Carrying up to 10 passengers, young and old thrill seekers can buckle up for a ride as long as they are more than three feet tall. At 11ft high, 12.5ft wide and 19ft long and weighing approximately five tonnes, the Red Dragon Monster Truck crushes any car in its path. Rides will run throughout the weekend and cost £10 per person.

There will also be free shows from On The Edge Motorcycle Stunt Team for people to enjoy. These professional riders tackle various obstacles as they demonstrate incredible skill, balance and technical control of their bikes. Their stunts - which include 15ft jumps up vertical walls, drop offs and interactive acts - will amaze and entertain the crowds.

Red Dragon Monster Truck and On The Edge will be in St Nicholas car park, so visitors are encouraged to venture all the way along the seafront so they do not miss out on any of the excitement.

There is no booking system for individual vehicles to attend, with car fanatics encouraged to turn up on the day at the specified times, as advertised on the festival's Facebook page. And although the event would love to welcome motorbikes on Saturday and classic and modified cars on Sunday, all vehicles are welcome both days.

The festival remains free to attend for visitors and is a great day out for the whole family. Great Yarmouth Borough Council has teamed up with the East Anglian Air Ambulance to raise vital funds for its life-saving work.

Volunteers from the East Anglian Air Ambulance will have a presence over the weekend of the festival - now known as Visit Great Yarmouth Wheels Festival in aid of EAAA (East Anglian Air Ambulance) - and will be collecting donations throughout the weekend.

The funding for this popular event comes from Visit Great Yarmouth as headline sponsor. Additional sponsorship has also come from Wellington Pier.

"We are gearing up for another bumper year and we're expecting to see thousands of visitors filling our iconic Golden Mile to see the amazing attractions, exhibitors, and vehicles.
