Calculation of the five-year housing land supply position

Results summary

This position statement has identified sites within the borough of Great Yarmouth that are capable of delivering 2,154 new homes within the next five-year period (April 2024 to March 2029). The target requirement over this period is 1,850 therefore this represents an over provision of 304 new homes.

In conclusion, this statement identifies sites capable of delivering 5.82 years of housing land supply.
