Calculation of the five-year housing land supply position

Results summary

This position statement has identified sites within the borough of Great Yarmouth that are capable of delivering 2,254 new homes within the next five-year period (April 2023 to March 2028). The target requirement over this period is 1,834 therefore this represents an over provision of 420 new homes.

In conclusion, this statement identifies sites capable of delivering 6.34 years of housing land supply.
