Public Spaces Protection Order No 2 - extension of Public Spaces Protection Order No 2 (2020)
The Council, following a statutory consultation and in exercise of its powers under section 60 of the Act, at Full Council meeting on 19 December 2019, agenda item 5, has unanimously approved the extension of this PSPO for a further three years.
