Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves neighbourhood plan

An independent examiner, Ann Skippers BSc (Hons) MRTPI, was appointed to examine the Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves Neighbourhood Plan. The examiner will test whether the neighbourhood plan meets the basic conditions as required by paragraph 8(1a) of schedule 4B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Examination of the Neighbourhood plan commenced on 23 October 2024.
