Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves neighbourhood plan

The independent examiner, Ann Skippers BSc (Hons) MRTPI, was appointed to examine the Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves Neighbourhood Plan. The examiner assessed whether the Neighbourhood Plan met the basic conditions and other matters set out in paragraph 8 of schedule 4B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended). Having assessed the plan, the examiner confirmed that they were satisfied it met these requirements, subject to modifications.
