The Great Yarmouth Health and Wellbeing Partnership
The Great Yarmouth Health and Wellbeing Partnership brings together colleagues working across the borough of Great Yarmouth. Partners include; county and district councils, health services, Norfolk Constabulary, voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. The partnership have agreed 4 priorities to enable a focus on the health and wellbeing of the Great Yarmouth community.
These priorities are:
- reducing Health Inequalities
- supporting Educational Attainment, Skills and Aspirations
- tackling Vulnerability and Exploitation
- reducing Loneliness, Isolation and Social Exclusion.
