Housing repairs policy

We have general and specific duties as part of the Equality Act 2010 including carrying out an Equality Impact Assessment for the Housing Repairs Policy (copy available on request).

All contractors employed by the council to deliver housing repair work will also comply with the Equalities Act 2010.
