Our communications approach

The Corporate communications strategy sets out the Council's overarching approach to effective communications across the authority.

The Strategy represents a coordinated and targeted overall approach to the Council's internal and external communications, supporting the delivery of the public and corporate priorities.

The vision statement for the strategy is:

To boost confidence in the Borough and the Council, in order to influence in a positive way the thoughts and actions of identified stakeholders who are based locally, nationally and further afield.
