Great Yarmouth Festival of Bowls

The Visit Great Yarmouth Festival of Bowls returns to Great Yarmouth seafront from Sunday 24 August to Saturday 20 September. 

Believed to be the biggest outdoor open bowling event in the country, with more than 800 participants competing in men's, ladies and mixed teams for singles, pairs, triples and fours titles. Bowling takes place over four weeks at the Britannia Bowling Greens on Great Yarmouth seafront. 

Tournaments are open to all abilities to enter, £7.40 per person per tournament (£5.40 per person for Under 21s Open Singles).

Spectators are welcome to watch (for free) throughout the festival as there is plenty of seating available around the greens.

• Ladies Singles from Sunday 24 - Tuesday 26 August 
• Men's Fours from Sunday 24 - Tuesday 26 August 
• Men's Pairs from Wednesday 27 - Friday 29 August
• Men's Triples from Sunday 31 - Tuesday 2 September
   
• Ladies Pairs from Sunday 31 - Tuesday 2 September
• Men's Singles from Wednesday 3 - Friday 5 September
• Ladies Triples from Thursday 4 - Friday 5 September
   
• Under 21's Open Singles on Saturday 6 September
   
• Mixed Pairs from Sunday 7 - Tuesday 9 September
• Mixed Triples on Wednesday 10 and Friday 12 September
   
• ​​Over 60's Open Singles from Saturday 13 - Tuesday 16 September
• Over 60's Open Pairs from Wednesday 17 - Saturday 20 September

Entries close 16 June. Draws are published in the Festival Programme.
