The main council offices are based at the Town Hall and Greyfriars House.

Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, except the first Thursday of each month when we close at 3pm for staff training.

Greyfriars House, Greyfriars Way, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QE

Open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, except the first Thursday of each month when we close at 3pm for staff training. Appointments are preferred and will ensure you are able to see a member of staff promptly.

How to book an appointment 

If possible, please contact us by phone or email to book an appointment for the following:

Homelessness

If you are homeless today, or have been asked to leave today, and are unable to phone housing options then no appointment is necessary to see a housing options advisor at Greyfriars House.

If you find yourself homeless outside office hours, please contact the out-of-hours service below.
