Council announces arrival of state-of-the-art gym equipment for Phoenix Centre
Avid fitness fans who use the Phoenix Centre can look forward to testing out the newest, state-of-the-art equipment from Pulse Fitness.
Designed to push the boundaries of the user's workout through an operating system that is tuned specifically to their needs, these new high-tech cardio consoles are intended to replicate the body's natural motion, effectively engaging all muscles involved in the exercise.
Exercise enthusiasts will be able to use the 18.5" android HD touch screens to ensure that the very best entertainment and most engaging workout modes are possible at their fingertips, as well as digital TV, radio and full internet browsing.
The advanced apparatus is supplied by Pulse Fitness, who work with leisure facilities to supply portfolio fitness equipment including cardiovascular, strength, plate-loaded, free weights, group cycle, functional and interactive.
Kate Blakemore, a strategic director at Great Yarmouth Borough Council, said: "We are excited to announce the arrival of the latest innovative, fitness equipment at the Phoenix Pool and Gym.
