Resident engagement

Introduction

Welcome to resident engagement. It is important to us to make sure that all tenants and residents have an opportunity to have their say in what we do.

We want residents to be involved in how their homes and communities are managed, maintained and improved. We want all residents to feel well informed and be able to challenge us when they feel we can improve our services.

We are refreshing our approach to how we engage with tenants, residents and leaseholders. To find out more about what we aim to do over the next few months, please read on!

We are looking for residents to be involved in supporting our approach to engagement. You don't need any experience, just enthusiasm to make sure every voice can be heard and be willing to work with us to achieve this.

We will be creating a Tenant Engagement Panel and supporting the development of Area Forums.

Do you have an interest in connecting with people online? We would like to develop opportunities to be involved online, collaborating with us and others to improve services.

We have a Facebook group for Council tenants and leaseholders where we post updates, consultations and general information.
