Local Development Orders (LDOs)
LDOs simplify planning arrangements by allowing specific types of development in certain areas. The documents below set out the types of permitted development within LDO areas.
The revised Beacon Park LDO was adopted on 08 February 2022 and came into effect on 31 March 2022. The South Denes LDO was adopted on 27 September 2022 and came into effect immediately.
