We can investigate a complaint where a driver, vehicle or operator has failed to meet the conditions that they agreed to when we licensed them.

What we can't investigate

How to complain

Please complete our Hackney Carriage and Private Hire complaint form. Please include as much information as possible including where applicable:

• drivers licence badge number
• vehicle plate number
• vehicle registration number
