Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves Neighbourhood Plan Referendum
The Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves Neighbourhood Plan will proceed to referendum on Thursday 27 March 2025. The question which will be asked in the referendum is:
Do you want Great Yarmouth Borough Council and the Broads Authority to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Belton with Browston, Burgh Castle and Fritton with St Olaves to help them decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
The referendum area is identical to the area that has been designated..
A person is entitled to vote in the referendum if on Thursday 27 March 2025:
- they are 18 years of age or over on Thursday, 27 March 2025
- they are registered to vote by Tuesday 11 March 2025 to vote in the Referendum. You can check if you are registered to vote by calling (01493) 846327.
- their qualifying address for the election is in the referendum area - a person's qualifying address is, in relation to a person registered in the register of electors, the address in respect of which they are entitled to be registered
