Winter Gardens Events

The Winter Gardens will be taking part in National Lottery Open Week with a special Hard Hat Tour of the Winter Gardens for National Lottery players.

This offer will run on Saturday 15 March 2025.

The offer is redeemable by one adult and any accompanying children aged 14 or over. Each visitor including children must be named on your booking separately.

How do I book a place?

There are 14 places per tour and they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Tours will run at 11am, 12noon (Full), 1.30pm and 2.30pm.

Please ensure you have booked your place in advance by registering online Remember to bring your lottery ticket, scratchcard or receipt on the day as proof of purchase.

What should I do when I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your tour start time and wait at the front of the Winter Gardens on South Beach Parade.

PPE (hard hat, high visibility vest and glasses) will be issued before you enter the building and must be worn throughout the tour.  We recommend you wear sturdy shoes given debris around the site. 

Is there an age limit?

Tours are open to people aged 14 and above.

Is the site accessible?

The Winter Gardens is currently a building site, and so unfortunately is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Where can I park?

The nearest car parks are St Nicholas Car Park, South Beach Parade NR30 3JP and Jetty Car Park, 13 Marine Parade NR30 3AN. There is also a small amount of free parking on the seafront.
