Below are the current and recently closed consultations we are carrying out to improve how we deliver services to tenants and leaseholders.

Rechargeable Repairs Survey

We are currently consulting on the new Rechargeable Repairs Policy. We want to make sure we have a fair, transparent and consistent approach to when we do and don't apply recharges. We welcome all feedback to help develop the policy.

The link below will take you to an online form where different sections of the policy are detailed and where you can tell us if what is proposed is clear and fair and make any suggestions/comments.

The consultation covers:

• what a repair recharge is
• when it would be applied including in an emergency
• what the costs are
• the process so anyone knows what to expect
• how we consider any exceptional circumstances to the situation and household (i.e. when we may not apply the charge or how it is charged).

This consultation will close on 29 November 2024. The outcome of the consultation and any changes made will be shared on the website and directly to those who participated.
