Arts, culture and heritage businesses invited to express interest for funding
Great Yarmouth Borough Council is inviting local businesses in the arts, culture and heritage sectors to express an interest in available capital grants, funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The Culture Support Package Grant can provide a flexible subsidy to help organisations grow, improve resilience or extend their impact and is available to any micro, small or medium-sized business involved in arts, culture or heritage.
A simple expression of interest form can be completed online from Monday, September 4, until Friday, September 15, 2023. The grants will cover up to a maximum of 50 per cent of eligible project costs or £10,000, whichever is lower.
Once the call for expressions of interest closes, applicants will be contacted by the Great Yarmouth Borough Council's cultural support officer by September 20, 2023, who will advise whether a full application should be submitted.
Councillor Daniel Candon, Great Yarmouth Borough Council's portfolio holder for economic development and growth, said: "This is a great opportunity for local businesses in the arts, culture and heritage areas to express their interest in the available funding, which could help them grow their businesses by allowing them to purchase equipment or refurbish buildings."
