We have two area housing offices where a team of staff are based to deal with any tenancy-related issues including environmental issues such as cleaning, grounds maintenance and caretaking.

All rent enquiries and payments should be made to the Rent Income Team based at Greyfriars House.

To request a repair in any area, please contact repairs.

Each area office has a telephone for customers to contact other services including:

All offices are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, except the first Thursday of every month when offices will close at 3pm for staff training.
